We don’t like surprises when it comes to costs and understand that investments like this take some planning. So we created a few popular packages with a detailed breakdown to assist when making those big business decisions.

Websites are created using the website building and hosting service, Squarespace. Squarespace also has their own pricing for hosting and managing your website. We will work with you to figure out which plan is the best fit for your needs. AND we will help you to save 20% off of your first year of hosting!

Exploration process
We spend time with you getting to know you, your business, your passion and who your audience is so that we can build the best website possible. Along with our meeting time, we require you to fill out our Website Questionnaire to fill in any blanks that we may have missed.
Content planning and strategy guidance
We will be alongside you every step of the way. We take the time to get to know you and your needs for your website. Following our meeting, we will set up a shared folder via Dropbox that will be organized in a way that will help you to remember and know what assets we need from you to build the perfect website. We will also have a project management system in place to smooth out the process and increase communication throughout.
Up to 5 pages
additional pages can be added for $175 per page.
One round of revisions
We will send you the link to the draft of your website for review. Upon receiving feedback, we will do one round of revisions to perfect your website. Additional revisions can be made but are subject to our hourly rate.
SEO Setup
We take the time to make sure that your website is off to a strong start and is Search Engine Optimized. Meaning that you will be easily found if someone attempts to “Google” you.
Social media integration
These days social media is so very important to organizations and businesses. We want all of your platforms to be tied together and as easy to manage as possible.
New website training - Live 1:1
When it is time to launch your new website, we will set up a meeting (physical or virtual) where we can sit down with you and go through the entire website and show you the ins and outs. We want you to feel comfortable using your new tool and investment.
Continued support for an entire week after launch
We know that there is a lot of information to remember and to learn about your new website. Although we will give you notes at the meeting and send a follow up email with some helpful reminders and tools, we know that there may still be some questions that arise. We want to be there for you. So for 1 week following the New Website Training, we will provide you with free support during business hours.
Full access to your website
You will receive the know-how and everything you need to keep your website up-to-date and able to grow right along with you and your business.

Uh-Oh! Every now and then an error may occur where a link may become broken after updating your site. Rather than having the basic boring error page, we can create one that shows off your brand further. Whether you want to give your visitors a chuckle or wow moment, we are there for you.
301 URL Site Mapping | $95
Already have a website with a good SEO status? While creating a new website will bump you down a bit on the SEO scale, creating a 301 URL Site Map will help to lessen the blow. Don’t be alarmed: Squarespace has fantastic SEO tools to get you back up in no time!
Domain Transfer Guidance | $55
If you already own a domain through someone other than Squarespace, we will need to get that transferred. We can help walk you through each step to make this happen.
Custom Favicon | $40
You see that little icon on the browsers tab above? That’s the favicon. We can create one for your website to reflect your brand.
Custom Social Sharing Image | $65
When you share your website on social media, it shows an image along with the page title and info. Would you like us to create a custom image that reflects your brand and website?
